Temperance House Farm also has a family cottage that comfortably sleeps two to three persons (double bed in main bedroom plus large sofa bed in lounge). We are pleased to say it is now available, by arrangement, to rent for your holiday.

The cottage features its own separate parking , a private cottage garden to the rear and views from the adjoining orchard across the valley towards Chesterfield`s Crooked Spire. Inside the cottage has full central heating for year round use,a fitted kitchen with adjoining dining room, a spacious lounge with patio doors to a side terrace, digital TV and a comfortable sofa bed. The separate double bedroom adjoins the newly re-fitted shower room with a shower stool available for the less able.

All accommodation is on one level with a step to the side patio but there are several steps to the raised cottage gardens. Driveways are typical farmhouse gravel so are only suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.
